Your video ad was rejected due to copyright infringement (music) or policy violations in the caption/text overlay.
The specific ad group pauses. If repeated often, the ad account quality score drops.
Using trending commercial music without a commercial license (using the User sound library instead of Commercial Music Library), or making exaggerated claims in text.
Stick to the Commercial Music Library. Use TikTok's 'Safe Zone' preview tool before launching.
**Use Commercial Music Library**: Only use tracks from TikTok's Commercial Music Library (CML) for ads. You cannot use 'Trending Sounds' for paid ads unless you own the license.
**Check Text Overlays**: Ensure you aren't covering the 'Safe Zone' (buttons, profile icon). TikTok rejects ads where standard UI elements are blocked by text.
**Remove Absolute Claims**: Avoid words like 'Best', '#1', 'Cure', or 'Instant' in captions unless you have third-party proof linked on the landing page.
**Re-upload vs Appeal**: It's often faster to fix the music/text and re-upload as a new creative than to wait for an appeal on a creative rejection.
