Your personal Facebook profile or Business Manager is restricted from advertising. You cannot manage ads or access ad accounts.
Total blockage. You cannot edit, pause, or launch ads. Existing ads might continue running for a while but you lose control.
Violating Community Standards, suspicious login activity, failing identity confirmation, or repeated ad policy violations (like misleading claims or prohibited content).
Always use 2FA. Don't share logins. verify your Business Manager domain and business details early.
**Check Account Quality**: Go to `business.facebook.com/accountquality`. This is your source of truth.
**Confirm Identity**: If requested, upload your government ID. Ensure the name on your profile matches the ID exactly.
**Secure Your Account**: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) immediately. Meta often restricts accounts that don't have 2FA enabled as a security precaution.
**Request Review**: In Account Quality, click 'Request Review'. You typically only get one shot at this, so be professional and concise.
**Check Linked Assets**: sometimes a restricted Page or Ad Account will drag down your entire Business Manager. Remove admin access to bad assets if possible.
